My promise to you...!

Whenever possible, I have my products manufactured in Germany or at least in the EU in order to keep transport routes as short as possible.

Fair trade, organic cotton, recycled polyester, vegan production and Oeko-Tex certification are the focus of my product selection. When choosing a printing company, I pay attention to GOTS certification.

What materials are used for the products?

We pay attention to environmentally friendly and high-quality materials. Depending on the product, we use organic cotton, recycled materials or sustainable printing processes.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are mainly produced in the EU, with a focus on short transport routes and high quality standards. Wherever possible, we work with German production partners.

Is there a customer service I can contact?

Yes, our customer service is happy to help you with any questions or concerns. You can contact us by email at any time and we usually respond within 24 hours.

How do I care for the products properly?

To ensure that you can enjoy your product for a long time, we recommend that you follow the care instructions on the label. As a general rule, our garments should be washed at low temperatures, not tumble dried and not ironed over the print.

Can I return my order?

If your product has a printing-related defect, we offer a free exchange or refund. For other problems such as the wrong size, we will also find a fair solution.

How long does shipping take?

Our products are made individually for you. The delivery time is usually 7-10 working days, depending on your location and the current order situation.

Why do I receive multiple packages?

To ensure that every product meets our quality standards, we work with different production partners. Therefore, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, as different items come from different printing companies. Don't worry - all packages should reach you in a short time!

Is there international shipping?

We currently only ship to countries within the EU and the UK. We are working on expanding our shipping area in the future to reach even more customers worldwide.
